Pre-Season Meeting Information
Practice Schedule
First High School Practice: November 8, 2010
Mandatory Practices: (Must swim 4 practices/week to letter)
- Tuesday/Thursday: 7:45 – 9:30
- Sundays: 4:45 – 6:30
- Mon/Wed: 7:30-9:00
Gold 1:7:00 – 8:30 (All swimmers whose drive is 20 minutes or more)
Gold 2: 7:30 – 9:00 (All swimmers whose drive is closer than 20 minutes)
Members of Quaker Swimming CAN participate in other winter sports and/or other activities. Exceptions will be made for those athletes in regards to conflicts between Swim practice and Games/Matches, and/or other outside activities. This must be arranged IN ADVANCE and each is on a case-by-case basis.
